What to include in an enquiry

• Your company and the wood product or process involved (sawn timber, drying, grading, engineered wood, furniture, bio-based materials).
• The question or problem you want help with and any deadline.
• Whether you need on-site work, remote analysis, a second opinion or a longer engagement.
